• Avoid Moisture: Remove jewellery before showering, swimming, or exercising.
• Avoid Harsh Products: Keep jewellery away from aerosols, perfumes, lotions (including natural products), hair products, and sunscreens.
  Hand Care: Take off rings when washing hands or using products like hand sanitizer.
• Prevent Damage: Store each jewellery piece separately to prevent scratching and tangling.
• Prevent Scratches: Remove rings before activities that could scratch or damage them.
• Cleaning: Gently wipe jewellery with a soft cloth (microfiber recommended) to remove dirt and oil buildup. This buildup can temporarily darken jewellery if not properly cleaned.

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility: To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. The item must be returned via trackable mail at the customer's expense. Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at  hellomonamijewellery@gmail.com We will evaluate the issue and correct it promptly.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via Canada Post.

Estimated delivery times and shipping rates depend on the method selected during checkout.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses are non-refundable.

Once a package is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to Canada Post. If your package is lost or stolen during delivery, please file a claim directly with Canada Post and contact us at hellomonamijewellery@gmail.com for further assistance.
